Faculty in the ISU Bayh College of Education, finish writing that grant proposal, pick up quick money! Earn even more for your effort when your proposal is funded!
Here are two offers: the first of which acknowledges your efforts in writing grants, while the second is a reward for success in getting the grant for ISU!
The Dean's Office will provide an incentive of $1,000 per grant to faculty in the Bayh College of Education who write and submit an original grant proposal requesting at least $50,000 from a funder outside the university, between July 1, 2013 and June 30, 2014. In order to qualify, the grant must be signed by the Dean of the College of Education, officially routed through the Office of Sponsored Programs, and submitted to the funder no later than June 30, 2013.
The Dean's Office will also award $1,000 per grant to faculty who are successful in obtaining at least $50,000 in new extramural funding to support research, teaching, and/or service activities. This applies to award notifications received between July 1, 2013 and June 30, 2014.
Does not apply to awards that are renewals of previous grants, intramural awards, sub-contracts, or anything that did not require an application.
Each $1000 award is per grant, regardless of number of writers or co- PIs. The principal writer will determine how the award is to be shared.
